WHAT WE OFFER?
As we have grown, we have invested in our back-office function in order to ensure that our clubs are administered efficiently and delivered safely – one of our key priorities is to take the admin and compliance burden away from the school, which is why we have invested in full-time customer services resource and a part-time legally qualified operations manager – this is all in addition to our roster of expert coaches. Our online payment platform allows us to take payments and automatically update our registers, making life easier for the schools we partner with and the parents we serve.

Top Quality Coaches
All lead coaches are experienced in working with young children, in addition to their technical expertise. All coaches are DBS checked (enhanced) and hold certificates in safeguarding and paediatric health & safety.

We Do The Admin
We have our own online booking and payment systems as well as a dedicated operations manager and customer service assistants - which means zero admin for our partner schools.

We Pay You
We offer generous venue hire fees for the use of your facilities, we pay some of our partner schools up £5,000 a year in venue hire fees.

Aside from the wide range of activities we offer, one of our unique selling points is that we have a dedicated team to deal with all of the admin, taking this burden away from the school. We produce all of our own marketing material, we have our own online booking platform, and our marketing material refers parents to our customer services assistant to address any queries. We provide the school with updated registers on a regular basis and all our coaches are trained in taking registers and handling drop-off/collections. All of our coaches are trained in paediatric first-aid, safeguarding, and hold enhanced DBS certificates.

We are not the sole provider of extra-curricular clubs in most of the schools we work in and so we are used to working alongside other providers. The benefit of B.A. Academy is that we offer such a wide range of activities that even if you already have (for example) a successful football or gymnastics club, we can offer something new!

B.A. Academy offers far more than just after school clubs. We run holiday camps every Easter and every summer. We also have our Elite Academy to which the most talented students are invited for more personalised sessions by our top coaches. Finally, we also offer PPA cover to all our schools at very competitive prices.
Social responsibility
We are passionate about the physical, emotional, and social development of the kids who attend our clubs, and our aim is always to be inclusive and supportive of the most disadvantaged in our communities. For this reason, as standard, we offer two free places per/session to children who are in receipt of a pupil premium grant or free school meals. We also occasionally offer free PPA cover to a number of the schools with whom we have developed a strong relationship over time.
